Kim Zolciak-Biermann just revealed a heartbreaking loss in her family.
The reality star shared the sad news on her Instagram page. She revealed the tragedy was due to a hit-and-run in the Atlanta area and is asking for any leads to help catch the culprit.
She’s encouraging anyone with information to go to the police as soon as possible.

Last week, Kim Zolciak-Biermann revealed the death of her daughter’s friend, Ethan McCallister.
“We will miss your huge beautiful smile, constant jokes, cowboy boots and infamous shirts. You were always the life of the party,” the Bravo star wrote on Instagram. “One of the most genuine kind hearted people I have ever known ❤️ Always willing to help anyone anywhere. We love you Ethan and I will make sure justice is served.”
She then revealed that Brielle’s friend was the victim of a hit-and-run.

Brielle later shared a tribute to her lost friend.
She wrote:
Ethan…. i can’t believe I’m even writing this. I’m sick sick sick to my stomach. You are my happiness my joy my light in this very dark world.. the life of the party and the sweetest soul I’ve been blessed to know. You are my best friend. My heart. My everything. There will never be another you. Ever ever ever. You came into this world with 1 mission… make people smile. You were damn good at it too. There was never a moment i wasn’t laughing with you!! We haven’t spent a weekend apart all year!!! How am i supposed to go anywhere without you? How am i supposed to laugh, smile, GO TO MIAMI OR DRINK 1942 WITHOUT YOU!? God i love you ethan. I really really do. I can’t wait to see you again.
But fortunately for Brielle, it appears her mother has been by her side during this difficult time. Yesterday, Kim shared a photo of her and her daughter wearing black dresses alongside a message of support.
“Nothing I wouldn’t do for you @briellebiermann I wish I could take all your pain away. I LOVE YOU,” Kim captioned the shot. “Ethan taught us all one important thing LIVE LIFE EVERYDAY TO THE FULLEST!”
